  • Im doin great!!!

  • Ela esta agindo contra a água, portanto na extensão do cotovelo ela trabalhará o Triceps mesmo!, Parem de criticar sem ter bagagem para o mesmo!.

  • oh i apologize i didn't see that some already said that. my bad. :D i'm lazy to read comments, shame on me.

  • actually she is working triceps, although in a wrong way and although this is the way to work biceps when your not in the water. it is because those 'weights' that she is holding can not sink, therefore they automatically come up to the surface of water. she is pushing them down using her triceps (that's the real part of exercise) and the part when she is rising them up is automatic behavior of those type of sponges.

  • ps... they are not weights...

  • u dont even have a swimmer body O_o

  • a musculatura responsavel pela flexao de braço é o BICEPSSSSS, E NAO O TRICEPS, realmente a graduaçao em EDUCAÇO FISICA, EM NIVEL superior esta fazendo falta no pais desta apresentadora

  • how is that a curl???

when you're doing tricep its always gonna be called extension since your straightening your arm out not bending it jeez

  • love your videos..they are very helpful

  • lol its funny yes it looks like a regular

fudgin bicep curl but the resistance

of the water make it work your tricep

more than when you just go up with

    the bicep FOR TRICEPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • With palms up, the resistance, of the water, on the extension movement creates the "kickback" exercise motion. Don't knock it until you've tried it. People are confused because she is using the term "curl" on her extension. It really does work your triceps when used in the water.

  • asti ques femmme woow .... jyrai en faire dlareobi aik elle moi fuck

  • its for water aerobics! for god's sake. so it works out the triceps. try extending your arms underwater and youll know. stupid know it all people.

  • I don't think this young lady really understands much of the human anatomy and how it really works. lets try and help her!! Grandmaster Tony Mayo

  • You are working the bicep eccentrically because of the bouyancy factor. If you want to use resistance of the water for training you need drag equipment, not foam. Foam puts you in an entirely new environment. Kickbacks work great for triceps when using foam, but you need to do them from a plank position.

  • you do wrong ;) not for biceps

  • This would work your tricep because of the water resistance!!! You are using your tricep to resist the water going down. You may use some bicep on the way back up to the top to slow the motion. But this exercise is for the triceps!

  • this exercise is for BICEPS

    NO TRICEPS!

  • TRICEPS!!!, NO BICEPS

  • @nkarnas that are no weights, with real weights this exercise would be for biceps but with this things in wather its for triceps

  • That is right. not much if any tric. action in this move.

  • That would be a biceps curl. The triceps brachii performs both elbow and SHOULDER extension; Extend the shoulder and you can call it a true triceps curl.
