She could have been fit before and after the kids she gained weight. Just because you gain weight doesn't mean that you lose some of your muscle definition. The same happened to me. I stopped working out for a year put on 30 pounds but you could still see some definition in my back, lats, and traps. Stop hating it just makes you look like a fool.

Huh, perhaps she did gain it just to lose it because yeah, to be able to "go to the gym several times a day" as a mother? - um, yeah right.....She must have had a huge game plan with either a paid nanny or something.......anyhow...zNs32­1 - you obviously have NO IDEA what being a stay at home mother consists of. I was in finance for 14 years prior to being a stay at home mother of 2. I am WAY more busy now, but it's true, it's more like running a business, I can set the priorities of my home

Good job, but don't think its fair she won since she was a 'home sitting mom' and was not working while she was doing the transformation. Cuz of that she had much more time to workout and reload energi for the next workout. However, great job and congratz to a new healthy lifestyle
