@yakjedi Far from it. If it were propaganda, it would be more widespread and saying that being on t.v. makes it widespread is bollocks. There are hundreds if not thousands of channels on most t.v. boxes; even freeview. The Army only have adverts that last under a couple of minutes; they're always past the watershed, are only on certain channels and are not common.
This however is YouTube, not the internet. The only people that are going to watch this video are people that know what it is.

Propoganda is heavily distributed ad influencial media, this is a look at the Parachute Regiment, its history, tradition and proud soldiers. Britain's Got Talent and Strictly Come Dancing have more to do with propaganda than this.
This has only been seen by a TINY portion of the UK.

I love military documentaries, but this is just brain washing. How can they talk about the Para's and not mention the disaster at Arnhem or Bloody Sunday!?
@yakjedi Arnhem was a disaster from the top mate, not the soldier. UK Para's, with only light weapons were facing a Panzer division and fought to near annihilation. They were a fairly new unit as well. They held that bridge for far longer than they were ordered too because the Yanks never came.This is why in German ranks, UK Para's were known as 'Red Devil's which later ebcame the name of their display team.
As for BS....mess with the devil...expect trouble....
@yakjedi I see. To be fair, half an hour isn't enough to tell the entire story of the Para's. You are correct, this doc sucks but so it should do for 29 minutes mate :)
its hard to make it into the paras as into the RMC... just to get in you have to run 2min faster than the RMC
