Hmm... 75k+, 2200kg+, 2 turbos, AWD, 565-litre boot (seats up), c.1600 litres (seats down)... E63 AMG, a few K cheaper, a bit lighter, naturally-aspirated, bellowing V8, a bit more space, RWD, not much less power, especially with the AMG tune-up, but less torque... BMW M5, much cheaper, a bit less space, clunky SMG gearbox, but that chassis, that howling N/A V10, and 507bhp ain't exactly shabby. A chip/supercharger and the M3 DCT or manual box (it's a straight swap) would make it unbeatable.

If you can afford to own and run an RS6, you can afford a mechanic to remove the limiter.

To call this car a "wagon" is sacrilege...avant, estate, touring, more like a "BEAST"..and it looks better than any sport sedan out there. Only those who know would buy something as cool as this, and only a few North Americans would ever consider it due to there backward ass stigma of the "wagon" label. My boss own an older S4 Avant with the 6spd and 320 hp V8 - a very sweet ride...not enough Wagons (5 doors) to choose from in Canada unless your a poser and like SUV/CUV's...

Mazda brought out a 6 "sport wagon" but it is now discontinued - attaching "sport" doesn't help change perceptions. North Americans have a stigma associated with the 5 door design, if it's quacks like a duck(wagon) looks like a duck it must be a duck (wagon) - they don't sell in any quantity, and may never. I do like that Caddy has the CTS Sport wagon..but it may die like every other..we'll see. Slap CUV/SUV/Crossover tags over it, raise the height and people go gaga...but it's not a wagon.
