This is a public place and the hoop is therefore always set to the appropriate height which is 10ft.

As for his height, hes 175cm, so that equals as 5'9". Thats pretty tall for someone his age. One of my friend's is about 5'9"-5'10" range and he looks pretty much like that. If he was 6ft, I don't think he'll be able to jump that high, it would be no problem for him. By the way, nice dunks.
