i had the same problem i fixed it. all you need to do is reset the phone just go to settings then go to the system tab then hit clear storage and it will reset the phone. dont worry it wont delete your number it will delete all your pictures and contacts and it will restore the phone to factory default

no, this is not a touch pro hd. its a touch pro. there are two different versions of the phone: the european version (which is shown here) and the american version (which looks like sprints and alltels). but verizon's looks more like this though and so does the htc fuze from at&t. but really they are the same phones.
