This terrorist should have been sentenced to death...Worthless piece of shit threatening to kill people. He is a traitor like his father. No wonder India and Pakistan is a shit hole with people who cannot do any good for their country. They go to other countries to spread the third world filth. If he was so smart why not improve his own country ?
@fuckvegan You are so right, Terrorist was telling al-quaeda, 2:21 they forget to say that the black person has been caught 3 times and the white kids once.
@fuckvegan@fuckvegan Improve his own country? India? We have more people living here than you, most of them are foreigners and we don't complain. @0zerosomu0 well if you think there is nothing wrong with threatening someones life why dont you make a public threat in your country and see how they approve.
@username0u812ic any form of violent threat is condemnable but you've misunderstood my point. The hypocrisy of western countries when it comes to their own action as far as human rights and free speech is concerned. Case in point is the recent Nobel award dished out to a Chinese dissident. A criminal in the eyes of Chinese law but highly praised by the west esp USA. You expect others to respect what you regard as a breach of law while those of the 'commies' as draconian in nature.
Big difference between blogging and making threats online. Freedom to speak, not not to make threats to the President. I hate Bush, but this is a no brainer.
The duration of the sentence is quite excessive. A fine and an open-jail ( community service) sentence of few months would have sufficed. This is the same country that sentences supermodel Naomi few days' of community service for breaking cracking someone's skull. Mr. Buddhi can expect no help from the Indian Govt. since he is not a Muslim and the present Govt. wouldn't derive publicity from saving such a man. Not would the media be interested. Don't bite the hand that's educating you. For one, to encourage others to kill the president is illegal. It's not freedom of speech to incite violence on anyone, let alone the president. He may have been a brilliant student, but he has no common sense. He's a federal prisoner who threatened the president. I bet if I encouraged Pakistanis to murder the PM of India, and I was a student in India from the US, I would never see the light of day again. The interweb is full of info, but it's also the bathroom wall of the industrialized world. For a President to go this far over a stupid blog is SO beyond pathetic.
A blogger from Purdue doesn't have a full Secret Service force to protect him. JUST as pathetic is Obama pulling similar crap today. Comes from both sides.
People should be able to say WHATEVER THE HELL THEY WANT, as long as they are not hurting someone else.
You have no concept of freedom of speech. I suggest you read up on it.
Making a death threat toward a sitting American President is not protected by freedom of speech. Only reason why you're happy about it, is that the President that the blogger made the death threat against was Bush.
I wouldn't like this death threat to be lauded against Obama, even though I disagree with him.
No I'm not "happy about it" - develop some critical thinking here. I believe in fucking freedom. Bottom line. Republicans only allow the freedoms they agree with. Democrats pick and choose which freedoms they like and toss what they don't. Then whoever is in power lords it over the other party's liberties. This is NOT what we were founded on. Neither party considers the individual- it's all about what they can get for themselves. Personal liberty is a deep concept that most just don't get today.
It was a death threat against a sitting President. Geeze. Doesn't matter what party or what new party the President woudl belong to. Isn't not about freedom of speech.
If Ron Paul were to come into office, I'd protect him from threats like that.
Lizolivit, do you believe someone who dislikes you should be able to post threats against you on the internet? For instance, if a ex-lover posted on their blog "I am going to kill lizolivit" do you think that should be legal?
Yes actually, I do. I wouldn't like it - but they have not committed a crime or hurt me by simply making some empty threat. People say all kinds of stupid things on the internet, and I would defend their right to do so. In this particular kind of case, it should have been investigated as to whether an actual plan existed. If not, jail-time is unnecessary, foolish, and only serves to strengthen such opposition.
as terrible as it is some Indians are assaulted in Melbourne and the full weight of India is leveled against Australia , this is before the trials of those charged in its self could be seen as an act of attempting to pervert justice , this not a word from the defenders of India, when you consider that the Indian government allows the sale of poor Indians body parts to fat over fed Us citizens there doses seem to be a level of injustice
So America and criticize other countries for not having enough human rights yet while they moan and complain and attack other countries because of these reasons..They can do this!?
By all means name me a country were you can legally threaten the top politician, have fun trying to find one. If you live in the U.S. you are free to criticize the government/politicians all you like. Shout it out on the streets, start a blog, call them every name in the book but you cannot threaten them.
What's wrong with arresting a man who posts threats against a Head of State? The best defense Indian officials could come up with is that a hacker probably had hacked into Purdue Universitys website and written the threats instead of Buddhi. Well at least the suspect is still alive. In some countries, people like Anna Politkovskaya get assassinated just for criticizing a Head of State (in this case Mr. Pootin). Besides, thousands of people in USA criticize Bush and aren't arrested.
"Kill GW Bush ... Rape And Kill Laura Bush ... Kill Donald Rumsfeld The Old Geezer Crook ... Rape And Kill The Anglosaxon Republicans," Buddhi wrote Dec. 15, 2005, in a message board devoted to chatter about the technology company JDS Uniphase.
communications do criminal mischief, whether intentional or not, is not protected by the first amendment. Like saying you want to traffic child porn. Sorry, it just isn't protected.
yet glenn beck, limbah and the armed mobs that appeared at democratic town halls are scott free.
fuck the usa, this can't be a country of human rights when hundreds of thousands die from lack of healthcare.
the only countries the US nags about human rights are those who conflict with american profits, ever hear a us president bash saudi arabia before? lastly the us is a greedy parasite of a country that prays on its citizens as well as other countries, all to benefit the few at the top
Public health care right now would break the country, we have 300,000,000+ people in our country. It cannot work like countries with millions less people than us.
Yet people like you don't think about the LOGISTICS or COST of what you're ranting about.
Every country is a parasite country. That's a given. Saying otherwise is... Ignorant at best.
it can't work like countries with millions less people then us? jreed136 old son if that is the case, why does most of the worlds countries have a national health service? gremany, france, britian, holland, demark, ect ect even cuba rates higher then the USA does! WE CAN AFFORD it..why cant the worlds richest country?(or is the truth, that the USA has been lying to the rest of the world for years about how well off they really are?)
We cannot afford it, we're 60,000,000,000,000 dollars in debt, we have 330,000,000 people to consider 50 states across a vast nation and millions of insurance employees to consider.
I think you need to look at it a bit more objectively.
so ifthe worlds(Sic) richest country is $60,000,000,000,000 in debt..this does not boade well for the rest of the world...HANG on a bit! the UK lags far behind the USA in terms of debt(moneies owing to others) and yet WE CAN AND DO provide a health care system that works!yes we have fewer people in the UK then the USA does but then the UK is smaller... maybe the british are richer then they are letting on?
try 56million people living in the UK old son...and what has beening an(your words not mine)a much more ancient scoiety got to do with the fact that WE have a national health care system and you DONT?
It's true, the US doesn't criticize Israel either--arguably the most manipulative and violence-prone parasite country in the world. That's not to mention its nuclear program quite possibly posing a serious danger to the United States.
As far as healthcare goes, I agree with your point that the system doesn't work, but isn't it something that should be handled at the state level?
that's what America is today.....so you can't critize the president that's what their moto is tell me if Hugo Chavez or Fidel Castro threw soemone away for critizing them we'd bee hearing about it from the white house for ages and how it's 'anti-democray' and yet America have done the exact same thing
The US freedom of speech in the US governemnts eyes is equivalent to....
"Yeaaaa, obomba got a prize." (Is OK to say)
But...
"obamaba didn't do anything to deserve a prize" Equals.... thou shall not say such things! Arrest the unpatriotic fool! How dare he question Our authority!
No, I'm saying that what these people are saying is incorrect. No one has even been close to being reprimanded for talking about how Obama doesn't deserve the Nobel Peace prize.
"Germany's unforgivable crime before the second world war," Churchill said," was her attempt to extricate her economic power from the world's trading system and to create her own exchange mechanism which would deny world finance its opportunity to profit." (Churchill to Lord Robert Boothby, quoted in the Foreword, 2nd Ed. Sydney Rogerson, 'Propaganda in the Next War' 2001, orig. 1938.)
Continued - Google Camilla Broe, and you should be able to find som news about this horrific and very wrong case, in danish history of law. We need to stop this, before the is no more free speech left in this world. We need to ask questions, and demand answers, because this world aint gonna change to the better, unless we start educating each other on the real world, and lift the vail of secrecy that is everywhere in society.
Denmark has just send its first danish citizen from DK to USA, to go to trial for a 10 year old accusation about traveling drugs. The single mom, who have a 10 year old daughter, was arrested in DK and shipped to the USA, because the "Danish Patriot Act" made it possible to do so. The case had nothing to do with terror, still that law was used. No evidence have been presented, only changing accusations - there is no justice left, the New World Order is crushing everything...
Myth about evil terrible GULAGs is a propaganda created first by Goebbels committee, and then rised in USA with help of CIA.
From 1934 till 1953, for 20 years, there were 6,860,000 political prisoners. Maximum yearly number of ALL prisoners were 2,561,351, in 1950. If you compare this number to USA statistics, you will realise that US in XXI century is a much bigger dictatorship, and 60 mln. of deaths is a dirty US lie.
Number of DEAD political prisoners were 1,042,000 (60% died in 1941-1945).
haha, again abarzilai with his typical "full-of-arguments"comments) What do you know about KGB files? How a story by anti-Soviet Solzhenytcin (who then immigrated and lived 20 years in USA and who didn't hide support for fascism) can be an objective source of information
Original documents were published in 1990-1993. Reports were wrote in various sources on West: in France "I'Historie" (sept. 1993) by Nicholas Wert, in US "American Historical Review" by J. Arch Getty.
It's time to understand that even today myths created in XX century by fascist and american services still live and still working for US interests against Russia.
The same with "Holodomor". Few days ago Ushenko (US puppet) said that they sent few mln. $ to build "Holodomor monument" in ... USA! There are many books, exposed the myth about "genocide", proving that Nazi Germany used it to create as much as possile Nazi supporters in Western Ukraine during WW2. But FASCISM still lives in USA...
Myth of "Holodomor" as a genocide was exposed by Canadian Duglas Tottle in his book "Fraud, famine and fascism. The myth of the genocide in the Ukraine from Hitler to Harvard", published in Toronto in 1987; by Lewis Fisher, journalist of US "Nation", who proved that US journalists who created propaganda about it for US interests, found it only in .. 1987, more than 50 years later! In 1940s nobody in US even thought to use lies about "genocide", because people remembered what it was in REALITY.
narrr igor old son the Gulag system was set up under LENIN in 1920 for political prisoners!
you really should read Alexandra Solzenichin's "gulag archipelago" after all he ended up in one during ww2 after making a "Stalin joke"(sentenced to a 25 year stretch)
WOW, we dont see people from Westboro church in jail?

Neither party considers the individual- it's all about what they can get for themselves. Personal liberty is a deep concept that most just don't get today.

It was a death threat against a sitting President. Geeze. Doesn't matter what party or what new party the President woudl belong to. Isn't not about freedom of speech.
If Ron Paul were to come into office, I'd protect him from threats like that.
mah29732 2 years ago
Lizolivit, do you believe someone who dislikes you should be able to post threats against you on the internet? For instance, if a ex-lover posted on their blog "I am going to kill lizolivit" do you think that should be legal?
Orlan54 2 years ago

Right so let me get this straight.
So America and criticize other countries for not having enough human rights yet while they moan and complain and attack other countries because of these reasons..They can do this!?
Hmm jackasses.
manmajidhastam 2 years ago
By all means name me a country were you can legally threaten the top politician, have fun trying to find one. If you live in the U.S. you are free to criticize the government/politicians all you like. Shout it out on the streets, start a blog, call them every name in the book but you cannot threaten them.

Youve proved my point.

"...the entire trial was a miscarriage of justice."
That sounds about right considering that the entire United States justice system is a gross miscarriage of justice.

yet glenn beck, limbah and the armed mobs that appeared at democratic town halls are scott free.
fuck the usa, this can't be a country of human rights when hundreds of thousands die from lack of healthcare.
the only countries the US nags about human rights are those who conflict with american profits, ever hear a us president bash saudi arabia before? lastly the us is a greedy parasite of a country that prays on its citizens as well as other countries, all to benefit the few at the top
MikeRoch6969 2 years ago
Public health care right now would break the country, we have 300,000,000+ people in our country. It cannot work like countries with millions less people than us.
Yet people like you don't think about the LOGISTICS or COST of what you're ranting about.
Every country is a parasite country. That's a given. Saying otherwise is... Ignorant at best.
jreed136 2 years ago
it can't work like countries with millions less people then us? jreed136 old son if that is the case, why does most of the worlds countries have a national health service? gremany, france, britian, holland, demark, ect ect even cuba rates higher then the USA does! WE CAN AFFORD it..why cant the worlds richest country?(or is the truth, that the USA has been lying to the rest of the world for years about how well off they really are?)
grahamkeithtodd 2 years ago
No, it CAN work. It works well.
We cannot afford it, we're 60,000,000,000,000 dollars in debt, we have 330,000,000 people to consider 50 states across a vast nation and millions of insurance employees to consider.
I think you need to look at it a bit more objectively.
jreed136 2 years ago
so ifthe worlds(Sic) richest country is $60,000,000,000,000 in debt..this does not boade well for the rest of the world...HANG on a bit! the UK lags far behind the USA in terms of debt(moneies owing to others) and yet WE CAN AND DO provide a health care system that works!yes we have fewer people in the UK then the USA does but then the UK is smaller... maybe the british are richer then they are letting on?
grahamkeithtodd 2 years ago
The United Kingdom population is a FRACTION of the United States. 60,000,000? Coupled with being a much more ancient society...? Come on. Be logical.
Social health care does not a good country make.
jreed136 2 years ago
try 56million people living in the UK old son...and what has beening an(your words not mine)a much more ancient scoiety got to do with the fact that WE have a national health care system and you DONT?
grahamkeithtodd 2 years ago
It's true, the US doesn't criticize Israel either--arguably the most manipulative and violence-prone parasite country in the world. That's not to mention its nuclear program quite possibly posing a serious danger to the United States.
As far as healthcare goes, I agree with your point that the system doesn't work, but isn't it something that should be handled at the state level?

hhahha impreailist pigs!!!!!! Hypocrites, rightists...........
that's what America is today.....so you can't critize the president that's what their moto is tell me if Hugo Chavez or Fidel Castro threw soemone away for critizing them we'd bee hearing about it from the white house for ages and how it's 'anti-democray' and yet America have done the exact same thing

Mot people in America have been saying that he didn't deserve it, on national television even.
Jack shit has happened to them.

so your saying that obamba deserves the prize for a whole 11 days of talking about how great he is?
AlmightyJerk 2 years ago
No, I'm saying that what these people are saying is incorrect. No one has even been close to being reprimanded for talking about how Obama doesn't deserve the Nobel Peace prize.
The peace prize is a joke.
Does he deserve it? I don't know. Did Kissinger?
Like I said, it's a joke.

The Gulug Archipelogo and files by the KGB make you look foolish and yet you defend the indefensible.
abarzilai664 2 years ago
haha, again abarzilai with his typical "full-of-arguments"comments) What do you know about KGB files? How a story by anti-Soviet Solzhenytcin (who then immigrated and lived 20 years in USA and who didn't hide support for fascism) can be an objective source of information
Original documents were published in 1990-1993. Reports were wrote in various sources on West: in France "I'Historie" (sept. 1993) by Nicholas Wert, in US "American Historical Review" by J. Arch Getty.
FACTS > myths. Cheers

first of all he was forced into EXIL by the KGB..
he did not immigrate of his own free will!
second the KGB files where opened to the west some time ago...try watching Russia Today(it's on UTUBE!)

But FASCISM still lives in USA...
igorvasilevsky 2 years ago
