i have watched this movie several times. If anyone of you is a real movie lover and knows what a good movie should be like, then I'm sure you will agree it is one of the best movies and it was the movie Kate Winslet should have won Oscar for. Daisy, this movie has a very tragic ending. It is based on Thomas Hardy's novel and in novel Jude dies... I highly recommend this movie. You will love its soundtrack.

No, not exactly. I have read some of it. Even if I had read the novel I would have loved the movie more... Of course, nove is a different medium and it is supposed to be more in depth than movies, etc.

Si la tradujeron al español, de echo yo la grabe de telemadrid hace ya 8 años. Es una pena que no la vendan en españa porque es una gran pelicula, hasta ahora mi favorita. La mejor interpretacion de WInslet. Banda Sonora Espectacular. TODO.
