the energy is resumed in chikung in movement in other words the concentration in vital points and meridians with the air in the movement and also the circular and spiral movements that resume the chi in the better chanalization of them each movements of hands are a chin-na technics that you can not apreciate by the velocity effect .
Emei fire dragon is an internal-external kungfu that uses the external and internal tips in harmonious combination .the movement can be explosive and fast as slow and soft it all depend what do you like to develop in that moment in wich you makes the routine.
