Considering most probable meanings of "TORA" in different languages, it is highly likely that the the usage case here is the scandinavian female name, rather than the japaneese word for attack, the jewish holy scrolls, or some random word in Kiwi. Also, the original is _EURO_dance, and the accent seems Nordic.
