Why cut the conduit on a slope? That clamp/bender thingy looks like an expensive bit of equipment but my £30 black and decker workmate with grooved clamps would hold the tube horizontally! Also, you're cutting the pipe a long way from the clamp which makes a lot more work - for efficient sawing you need the blade as close as possible to the clamp point.
