For the fake blood use Karo Syrup and red food coloring. Stage blood will clog the needle.

I've made my own needles for this trick from a hollow bicycle spoke and a rubber grape. Take a small triangular file and file the (blood) hole in the center of the spoke. Plug the other end with epoxy or liquid steel.

@Dannyboyyay The cocoa butter is to lubricate the needle so that it slides easily between the folds of your skin. As far as the needle goes, a quick google search for "needle through arm pin" gives you this site a site called Viking Magic, among others, where they sell the trick hat pin

A totally lame question here.

I can't actually get my skin to stick together while holding the needle. Then i get the lube stuff all over my arm and the glue stops working. Is it litterally just practising sticking the skin together with the needle, or is there an easier way?

No question is lame....anyways the video shows you everything....you can either set it to where the holes are there already or put the needle on the cment while performing then fold the skin over....dont get the LUBE on any part of the cement or it wont stick.....it takes practice.

I enjoyed watching your video. I can see what magicmike3D is trying to say. Yes when you purchased the effect, the secret becomes yours. It is assumed however, that you are a magician and you will only perform the effect, not reveal the method. You are not breaking any laws by sharing the method, however you are breaking the magician's code, and that is frowned upon in the magic community. Even if you're not a magician, surely you don't want to reveal the method of your party trick to everyone?
