Do pigs carry diseases? Yes! ALL SPECIES CARRY DISEASES.
The problem (from a scientific point of view) is that the pig's auto-immune system is very similar to mankinds' Why is that? Both are "omnivores". They eat both flesh and plants.

Well, you don't just walk by faith though! If you did and say you got a really bad infection or cancer etc. If you "walked by faith" you would pray for healing and NOT go to a doctor! Like the couple did recently with their diabetic daughter. They prayed her condition through, but when she died they were arrested and are now in prison! Hmm.... if they only used LOGIC and went to a doctor and not their God the girl would still be alive!
