Somebody should sign Mika-chan right now! She has major league talent and presence. It is too bad that she couldn't sing in an environment more conducive to getting a good live sound for this video. There is a lot to work with here. The Japanese record labels need to get a clue.

Is some other band playing near her? Sounds like some harmonica or whatever - it's like totally distracting her dramatic singing. Anyway, she's a great singer! I wouldn't mind listening to her. Sadly, I bet most people watch girls with no talent at singing, but dressed up in some maid costume.
