Tales of Vesperia - Grade Farming

I got another method to farm grade but hey, you´re doing well too! ;)

The only problem i have is, that i dont have 3 blue dices, 2 are still missing and i dont know how to get them. I already checked some guides but didnt find a correct answer.

Can you probably help me out? :)

@Agit0X Blue Dice can be synthesized from Dice. You'll need Blastium Ore J, which is dropped by the Gentlegolem west of Mt Temza at night or in a sandstorm.

You will receive Blue Dice from the final exchange with Kowz in the Kowz kid sidequest in Mantaic.

You can get Dice from the third battle with Zagi that takes place in Nordopolica. Think you might have to complete the secret mission for it, though.

With the level 4/5 Sorcerer's Ring you can burn the bushes in Keiv Moc and find Blue Dice

Finally, you'll be able to find Dice in random chests in the Ex Dungeon, The Labyrinth of Memories.

You know, I would also have Raven doing nothing but Havoc Gale doing this. It knocks the enemies into the air and they infinitely stagger (As long as Rita doesn't mess up) netting you more points.

Hey Piko may I ask you, how did you get your character stats so high at lv71? such as HP and especially Rita's MP is maxed already? Did you just equip synth'ed weapons?

Hmm... I think the stats are coming from the Vitality and Spirits set of skills, which increase the HP and TP of characters, respectively. With all four of the Spirits skills set, Rita gets an extra 320 TP.

Can this be done without Speed Cast? Dragon Powder seems like it's more work than it's worth.

It's possible, if I remember correctly. Speed Cast just makes it easier.

hey piko, i have a problem while doing this, i need the sash +1 item for rita to get minimum damage but i got rid of the sash item and i cannot find another, is there anywhere that i could either possible find one or but one?

You should able to buy it in Aspio or Heliord.

if you don't have mimimum damage equipped is it possible you grade farm duke?

As long as he stays combo locked and you don't kill him before you can get a decent amount of grade, then sure.

If you set set their strategy to "Defend" and they have the taunt skill turned on, they will continually taunt.

Alright, Whenever you go into over limit level 3 using Rita does it give her infinite TP? Maybe that's why i can't do it.

Yeah, you don't consume TP when in level 3 OL or higher.

I guess all I really need is Spell End, O.L. Boost, and Speed Cast.

I use Rite, Yuri, Repede, and Estelle for this, with only one blue dice and one normal dice. They all have min damage, I select a few low-cost artes, because I don't want to search for all the weapons to get Spell End, OL Boost, and light spell for Rita. I let them run on auto for 15 min, then come down and have them use FS to kill everyone. I end up with a good 500 Grade from it, just letting them run on auto in a double link. But can someone tell me what the needed weapons are for those skills

Nope, can't synthesize Dice. You can only find them in the ways described above.

How come u wanted to do this before the final boss?

So that I have enough grade to purchase everything in the grade shop, which comes to a whopping total of about 18,500 grade.

bcuz when u beat the game u can start a new one using ur previous games GRADE for special things like getting more EXP or able to carry 99 of each item, or maybe limiting ur EXP gaining more for making it harder to lvl up but is handy for getting a few achievments

there also being able to get the Unknown difficulty which is totally harder even compared to Hard itself but make GRADE better bcuz i think u get 2X grade and EXP from battles
