I sometimes feel this is better than Castlevania 4 but it doens't have the 8 directional whipping to avoid unfair challenge of getting knocked back but I still like the idea of jumping onto or off the dreaded stairs. That was a big improvement. I love this game and I played it the first time recently on my first genesis console. ^^
