I'm agnostic now, was a Christian back then. This is still just a great band. As far as whether metal is inherently evil - that's just silly. How can music be inherently anything? Music is music. Remember, most hymns in standard hymnals today were once popular drinking songs that Christian priests rewrote the lyrics to, in order to get people to like coming to church. Nazis listened to classical music (Wagner, etc). Cain murdered his brother without any musical influence (that we know of).

FACT: Lucifer was the originator of ALL music.That is his domain.So in essence,that would mean potentially ALL music is his.FACT: the defining element of secular vs Christian music is the lyrics only.So in effect,even the 'praise' music played in churches originated from Lucifer,who once gave praise to God Himself.Finally,all these metal bands playing furious music that seems to offend a lot of Christians,are righteous like you,they merely choose to show praise to God with the Gifts given them

In 91'/92' I was 14, & I ordered a shirt from them. But it never came, when I wrote them...they apologized and sent me $1 back (even tho I sent $20+)! That same year I saw them at cornerstone. they sat in front of a t-shirt table and gave me nothing but an i'm sorry, WITH SHIRTS IN FRONT OF ME!! They were and still are dope head thieves and liars. (I have a ton of stories to back this fact)
