The compressions weren't even real. To compress the heart and get a blood pressure for gas exchange you HAVE to detach the ribs from the sternum. Real CPR is easy to notice when the sternum is being compressed at least two inches down. The stomach area normally rebounds with every compression as well.
buahahaha! detach the ribs from the sternum? u mean breaking them? thats a common complication of CPR NOT the goal of CPR! U can have an effective CPR withhout breaking the ribs. And that comes from experience btw as I m a doctor, before u start mouthing off.

The airway wasn't even open properly.you're supposed to do what is called a head tilt-chin lift which involves placing your palm on the the forehead and two fingers under their chin and moving upward, opening the airway,
secondly the guy is way to slow to react and way too fast on the compressions!
he put this guy into ventricular fibulation!if this is real that guy is dead.
