  • I like this speed because it seems like he was playing to enjoy the piece, kind of like taking a nice walk in the park. You don't walk for the exercise but for the scenery.

  • Wish they'd play this piece faster.

  • @WolfteamMaster1998: what does your posting mean? It is shouted in caps, and the word YOUR is the possessive form, so what do I have or own that is Gay? I am gay, proud of it, if that is what you meant; I also have a 175 i.q. and am old and do not suffer fools gladly. If you are going to post, at least make sense.

  • @vorspiel1023 Ok fine then. vorspiel1023, you are gay. Proud of it or not, you are. I do not care what you're I.Q score is. You are old and gay. Does this make sense now!?!?

  • @vorspiel1023 oh...P.S my I.Q sore is 197. PONED!!!

  • Love that cadenza fits Mozart like a glove.

  • Definitely Kreisler himself. I am not sure, but I do remember my late Mom had this on an old RCA Victor Red Seal 78. I remember listening to it in 1957, when I began to play at age 5. The clue? the cadenza passage in the middle, it's Kreisler's, and pure Kreisler. The digital remastering is appreciated, eliminates all the pops and clicks. The pianist is Carl Lamson, usually was for Kreiser/

  • Who can play like this ? except Kreisler !

  • Call me ignorant, but is this piece by Mozart? I have sheet music for it and it says it's by Kreisler.

  • @stricknacco lol im sure its by mozart.... I personnaly don't have the shhet music so could u scan and email it to me PLZ? thx

  • @m1h2y0g6 I totally would but it is in my house in Chicago and I am at school in New Orleans. If I happen to remember sometime over the summer maybe I'll get back to you.

  • @stricknacco Mozart wrote it as a movement of his Serenade K 250 (Haffner), and Kreisler arranged it for violin and piano

  • One person is going to hell.

  • This is amazing & refine performance absolutely kreislerish. But the sound doesn't

sound 100% Kreisler's. Maybe be because of digital remastering? To proof this is Kreisler can we find the original recording?

  • it sounds like kreislers style of playing, but the sound quality is too good to be recorded in kreislers time, whos playing this, really?

  • @arubian06 This is Kreisler!! Remember there is the technique called digital remastering.

  • @marking19 oh yeah,didn't know somebody did it with a kreisler-record

  • Good trick, claiming it's Kreisler - and quite in the spirit of what he used to do!

  • Amazing.

  • I didn't know anything existed of Kreisler that hassuch a modern sound in the way it was recorded. I thought his sound was lost to history due to the limited capabilities of the recording technology of his era.
