I think this is legit... The max kills he can get is 26 before the round ends... 4x + 5 = 26. The x is the number of kills ( 6 ) plus 5 he CAN get that round and it's not a private match cuz of the XP bar at the Bottom.

 The opposing team planted the bomb twice and each sucessfully exploded while the player waits back letting the bomb explode giving his team but yet more game time . That's the only way . Getting 24 kills mean you won 4 rounds killing the whole team

Its real cause that was the 5th round, and he had 25 kills exactly with guns, (4 from the nuke and 1 death from nuke) and 5roundsX 6kills per round =30 kills, and he had 29 along with the one guy on his team with a kill.
