but i recommened: switch on console, type /record (the name of the vid) and if u R ready, then type /stoprecord. then open your 'demo' with cod4player, then record it with any gamer-recorder program, like xfire, fraps or game-cam. cut the end of the vid (when u type /stoprecord) and upload the vid. I hope it's help :D
