you gotta learn how to pick with other fingers besides your thumb and index finger. chords are wrong as well. not bad for a 12-string though.....i know it's difficult.

Why are you only using 2 fingers to pick? You have 5 fingers... + Press the notes harder for a better sound of the tone you are playing. :)

@TheSantiayo Pretty much, its just harder. You have to pick slightly differently and the tuning can be a nightmare on a good day. Strumming is the same, don't need a different pick really. And your fingers will take a real toughening as its twice the pressure on you fingertips on the fretboard.
