I do not believe it. Even French people are fithy. I thought they would wash the teats of cows or wipe them with milk cows before applying the cups to them. If any French families own the cows and are prevented from going on vacation I'd be glad to visit them in France at my own expense and stay at their place to milk and feed their cows for the length of their vacation.
