Of course "UFO" simply means "unidentified" but I am thinking that the leaders of the world know EXACTLY what these flying objects are. Who are you to presume upon the motives of a highly intelligent being? I have no idea why they haven't made contact, although I can speculate, but the evidence that they actually exist is too strong.

There is no definitive, physical evidence (that is public, at least) in which we can reference, but the accounts of Air officers among other professionals as well as documents and video makes it quite easy to make the leap of faith into believing.

A book, a documentary, etc. Those that claim abductions often tell stories, that are so crazy, the obvious answer is sleep disorder. I never see any news stories about this kind of thing. You sound ignorant. Do some research, read some of the real blue book unknown cases. Read about all the ground visual, air visual and radar visual cases.

We simply do not know enough about quantum physics, dark energy etc to make any assumptions of what is and is not possible in terms of space travel. We can only reference what we know of. It was once proclaimed that "we have nothing left to learn in physics" This was before 1900, before radio, photoelectric effect etc.

Yes, I think as most scientists do too that the laws of physics are the same in the whole universe. When we have the time problem, people from Alpha Centauri would have the same problems.

This is the first thing: even if the aliens were able to fly nearly at the speed of light, time would be relative. They would need some months too reach Earth, but on their home planet, hundreds of years would pass. So it wouldn't make sense for them to visit us and be alone when they come home.

All true, things are assumed to be the same all over. But there are ways around this time dilation issue. Worm hole - no problem with time. Expanding space, no laws broken here as there is no speed limit on space expansion.

I don't know how to manipulate space but if it could be done then time dilation would not occur.

So, time travel would be the only possibility for them to avoid this time problem, BUT: either, time travellers cannot interfere with the past (Novikow's self-consistency principle) or they go the past of a parallel universe. It's hard to say why some UFOs do that, maybe they like to play around a bit, or our atmosphere is having an erratic effect on their propulsion systems. Or these are experimental craft, and the pilots are having trouble with the controls :) Who knows? As far as your other question, one theory is the extraterrestrials see us as too xenophobic and hostile to accept alien visitors without shooting at them. We need to raise our spiritual consciousness in order to communicate with them peacefully.

The B-2 has four General Electric F118-GE-100 turbofan engines (google search). It also has zero vertical thrust ability so it does not "hover up" at all. It also does not have a series of white lights all around it like shown in the Phoenix event.
