listen for the cut in engine note just before the flames, all those kits do is cut the ignition spark out so the engine throws unburnt fuel into the exhaust before its ignited hence the flames ...... they not good or bad its a mater of personal taste ! i love the impreza full stop ! but i wouldnt fit that to my sti !!

Can someone tell me what this antilag thing is, does it do any power burst on high rev not only low ( if that is right) and if this antilag system-whatever-does it damage the car meaning f@cks up the fuel regulator or the whole engine?

@foxmanpafo it dumps a load of fuel/air mixture into the engine but because the valve timing has been retarded it passes through into the turbo and explodes which keeps the turbo spinning at maximum RPM even when your foot is off the accelerator, and yes it can damage your turbo but regular ECU kits aren't that harsh
