Low head room does not mean that the arm has to be on an angle, either way it will work fine. These doors are of the highest quality, and the opener is one of the most commonly used LiftMaster commercial openers. And I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "holding down the button"
They have to keep it well lubricated since the building is right on the beach. What do you think of THAT liftmaster?

hmmm.... It's on low head track, and the arm isn't on a big angle like yours was...
do you have to hold the button on the remote?
