  • Thats what we call a tether, you can see its tied from both sides, he was just trying to get some advertising

  • @Logan11350 It might not have been a tether. Some pilots like to tie off from both sides for the balloon to be more stable.

  • Good windy video footage although the balloon is NOT crash landing. The pilot obviously decided it was too windy to fly and pulled the top.
