Tactics is McCain throwing everything but the kitchen sink at Obama, not having a consistent message from months beyond, not having a consistent narrative, not even a consistent economic message, which is KEY in this election. Obama has mastered that. This informerical is not only to firm up soft support, but to run the clock, prevent McCain from getting his message out.

I happen to live in Europe, and as for hospitals over here:
- hospital bill is limited to a maximum, which is determined by social security laws and depends on your annual income
- medical bills are partially repaid by social security, because EVERYONE is insured by paying social security tax (percentage of income)
FYI: France is a country in Europe. Nuff said.
