congratulations. i admire your strengh to push through and get a job. im still in the process of finding one, but its difficult with lack of experience due to hiding away so long with my S.A.D. i wish you luck!
Hello, I'm 27, just graduated and facing exactly the same issues, could we discuss this via email for ex ? Congrats on the courage it obviousy took to get a job
Congrats! I have an interview tomorrow and I'm already nervous. I'm graduating soon and my biggest fear is that my social anxiety will stop me from getting a good job =/
i love your videos! esp. this one and school,i relate alot, thanks for making them, its good to know im not the only one out there who has social anxiety, because for years ive always have thought i was the only one,so anywho congrats on the job and i hope things get better for you, right now i feel like my anxiety will never go away but im hoping! have a good one! :)
Congratulations - sounds like you're doing really well. It's an amazing accomplishment that you should be really proud of. Great to see you making videos again, too :)
You've been a real inspiration to me. I would have never have though that someone who suffers from the same symptoms as I do (SAD), could be such a cool guy.
Thanks for the update! You're an attractive and intelligent young man. I"m sorry that you have to struggle with this. Best of luck with the job! I've worked as a school librarian for 13 years and struggle with SA almost daily along with bouts of depression It does get easier with time, and you do find ways to minimize the anxiety to manageable levels.
Hats off to you for being at your job for six months. I see it's really a challenge for you. Maybe it would help your anxiety if you exercise and try to counteract those automatic negative thoughts.
you have no awkward smile i think you dont have severe SAD,
im like you in a way
