  • I remember watching this part and being like no NO don't turn back into nice titanic! NO NO don't show me all the people who died because I am going to CRY :,( And also the last note of the song will haunt me FOREVER

  • I HATE THIS SCENE BECAUSE I LOVE IT SOOOO MUCH. TO SEE SOMETHING SO BEATUFUL AND PEACEFUL AND WATCH IT FADE AND FALL APART IS SO SAD

  • She did all the things Jack told her to, and Jack said to her "You will not die like this, you will die in a nice warm bed, at an old age" and so she did die at a old age in a nice warm bed. This scene is amazing<3

  • he was waiting for her all this time!!! omg

  • it will b one hundred years of the tragedy i once saw a documentary about titanic and they intervierviewd an elderly lady who was a little girl at that time she said she lost her dad anyway i doubt there is anyone left alive 2day who survived maybe their children and grandchildren might have a story 2 tell from what their grandparents told them does anyone have a story?

  • Damn I lost it once I saw Jack waiting at the top of the stairs. Wow.

  • @SenolMedia Dude uncool

  • so moving

  • one of the most romantic films I've ever seen ;''') the music is so emotional

  • SO POWERFULL !

  • :'(

  • That akward moment when you realise Titanic was filmed in a pool.

  • As a guy I have to admit this scene was powerful! It took me forever to figure out the ending but after reading comments that Rose died in her sleep and saw everone on Titanic in heaven made sense! Seeing Jack at the top of the stairs waiting for his woman to come join him for eternity is REAL LOVE!

  • James Cameron should be bowed down to for this movie.

  • its fine

  • theyre showing this movie in the hbo channels recently since the 100th anniversary is coming up. i love this scene especially the pictures of rose horseback riding and by the fair. I realized the significance of them when i remembered her speaking to Jack about going riding like a man and "spit like a man!" love this movie. everything about it<3

  • Oh god I'm bawling...this scene is so beautiful. She lived a fulfilling life, which is what Jack wanted. She threw the heart of the ocean back into the sea because that's where her heart is... and after passing away quietly in her sleep, with a sense of closure, she is reunited with everyone who passed on the ship, including Jack. That is her eternity. Her happiest moment, relived forever and ever. Oh god. *gets tissues*

  • @thatcomeswithfries Well said.

  • @jmsmi22 Thank you! :)

  • she died and she reunited on the ship in heaven with jack and everybody who died on the ship for those who are asking....took me forever to figure that out

  • Shes dead I think

  • Titanic is the best movie and so sad!!!(:

  • Is she dreaming or did she die?

  • BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • its like she died and was reunited with jack and the rest of the people and the ship. so beautiful.

  • How does her husband feel about this? o_0

  • Beautiful!!!!!

  • the titanic is such a beautiful ship nd da floors nd wood fixures r amazing

  • this scene is what got me to tear up hahaha

  • I love how the pictures show her doing all the daring things that she would've never done if it weren't for Jack. Also shes riding horses at the one beach by the pier where her & Jack were suppose to go :,)

  • im crying again :(

  • James Horner is a GENIUS! this movie aint so bad after all... it's just the fact that too many gays ruined it and the main characters arent that perfect: dicaprio and kate ?... just imagine the same movie, but instead of these two, it should've been DEPP + Penelope Cruz or Salma Hayek or Paz Vega or Sandra Bullock or Angelina or Eva Mendes or any other good actress. It would've all been perfect! repeat for indoctrinated morons: the movie is good, really good, but dicaprio and winslet, hmm...

  • @1DaKo What do you mean too many gays ruined it?

  • @1DaKo dude dicaprio and winslet were by far the best choice u have no taste

  • This always makes me lol. Whenever I need cheering up I watch this.

  • This is my favorite movie of all time. I saw it as a little girl, probably around five years old, and while it scared other girls, I simply fell in love with it. The story, the love, the romance, everything. Ever since then Titanic has been my favorite movie. I do not watch it as often, because recently, entering my teenage years, though the beauty of the movie is amazing and breathtaking, I can't help becoming jealous of Rose. I want my Jack Dawson<3

  • One of my favorite movie luv it'

  • This is one of the most incredible ending 2 the movie. It made me cry really hard.

  • Girl: really? Me: yes I will always love you No matter what. then we passionately kiss

  • Me: this movie expresses my feelings for you

  • Kind of sucks for Rose's family, instead of spending eternity with her husband who she grew old with, etc, she spends it with a kid she banged on a boat once

  • Watchin this movie and hearing the song makes me feel sad

  • @GotBeer213 true, but the love they shared in those few days lasted a lifetime. You never fully forget/get over a love like that. She was risked dying when she got out of that lifeboat, but it didn't matter as long as she was with him.

  • @GotBeer213 was thinkin same thing back in 97

  • Jack and rose forever <3 screw cal lol jk

  • :') Makes me cry every time.

  • I remember when I saw this with my girlfriend............made her horny as hell!

  • 0:31 I thought that's when Rose died, Jack-"Die in your bed, an old lady die in her bed but not here". And at 1:22, I thought thats where all the spirits are from the Titanic, and Rose (spirit), Jack (Spirit), and they reunite!

  • I remember when this movie came out, my whole family was going to see it--I opted out to see "As Good As it Gets" instead. Best decision I ever made.

  • The love story is so touching.

  • wats the name of the song?

  • @gkidrhino13 the music is the dream

  • I do love this movie. It does make me cry. I do think this is a beautiful, fitting anf magical ending.,

But a part of me can't help but think "Boy, Rose's husband is going to be pissed."

  • Oh my God, this movie.

  • This movie came out the year I was born.

I'm 14 now, I grew up with this movie. One of the best movies of all time in my opinion.

  • love this movie. makes me cry only watching part of it XD

  • I always cry when I see Mr. Andrews. I can't describe why, though.. It's just sad to see his innocent face

  • @epiknuke123 you're right. He didn't do anything. At least, he didn't do anything to save himself. All his actions that night were done so that Rose would survive. He was willing to do whatever it took to make sure that Rose would not be a victim of that horrid night and even though the price was his own life, he was willing to pay that price as long as she would be saved from the frigid waters. So yeah, he did nothing to save himself. But he did everything to save her.

  • does anyone notice the time on the clock, 2:20, the time that Titanic sank

  • po prostu piękne........

  • im a man and i will not cry with these kinds of movies. *wipes tears

  • A month ago today we were back in church celebrating the new part in the life of my mother. The Mass was beautiful and when the choir sang the Ave Maria what I came to my mind and I felt it was this scene. I miss you mom, but just imagine that could be like this how you got reunite with dad and my sister, has fill me with happiness. One day we will see each other again. Love you!!!

  • 1:08-2:20 time travel with me to the Titanic :')

  • This was one of the many parts in the movie that left me sobbing. "Meet me at the clock and make it count." Jack and Rose finally reunited in death <3 I love this movie so much, words can't even explain!

  • anybody notice some symbolism going on in this scene? The time when jack and rose met at the grand stair well, rose was walking down the stair case and jack was already down the stair case waiting for her. But this time Jack is at the top of the grand stair well and Rose is climbing up the stair case. <3

  • don't cry, don't cry, don't cry... SHIT!!!

  • They say, You never let go of your true love. Im a great believer that every path has its ending and at the end of that path is the one person who makes you melt inside. The film just highlights this perfectly. Two strangers, leading two different lives but so very alike.

  • what's this song called that they're playing now?

    i love it.

ive found the original celine dion version and the song they play while he's drawing her, so whats this one???

  • @sav2206 the music is called the dream, your welcome

  • Make it count!

    Meet me at the clock.

  • Wait a second! :O I just realized this from reading the comments.. So she dies at the end and is reunited with Jack?! Is that what this scene is about?! Because everyone in that crowd of people are the ones who died...

Oh my gosh oh my gosh..

  • @JessyGirl002

oh my goodness.. i barely realized it too):

  • I could cry just from watching this scene.

  • @gillabill1 me too...

  • The only scene in any movie that has made cry cry full tears. Meet me at the clock and make it count.

  • Whats the name of the song? I love it dearly.

  • I didn't know she died at the end, I thought she was just dreaming because when I saw Rose with Jack I was like... wtf? How are they back alive again.

  • This movie is going to be so much more deeper when it comes out on the big screen. Not only because the story hits a soft spot, but because something so similar has happened not too long ago with the Concordia. People don't realize it.

  • all the people in this video that are in the hall are the ones tht died Dx ;(

  • notice the picture of her riding the horse, Jack said he would teach her to ride with two legs on each side

  • i think she dream, and she do it evry dark night.

  • Life and death are what you make of them :)

  • shes right 1:21 got me going :'(

  • Only people who died can be in the most beautiful room and only a true love can ascend the Grand Staicase

  • pause at 1:57 and u see the captian i think im the only one that noticed that

  • So her husband (the other chicks grandfather) didn't make it into her heaven? Wow. Sucks to be that guy.

  • @mikek44224 he didnt die on the titanic, which is weird cause she did not . Private Party in heaven only people who bought or won !! a ticket can get in .

  • Sob sob cry sob such a sad movie but a great eternity :',)

  • i dont get it?

  • That's really sad :( I'm crying now and it's just a film haha omg :''''(

  • :((

  • That scene always makes me cry! The music really gives to the affect, its so beautiful. Titanic is by far my favorite movie.

  • @drjth11 Imagine reliving the experience in 3d, im soooo gonna go see that

  • Anyone who calls such a beautiful story cheesy must have no love in their lives.

  • We watched this in 8th grade history and I thought it was pretty cheesy. Now I think it's amazing. I'm going to see it in 3D no matter how sappy people call me.

There are two possibilities to this ending. Either Rose is having a conscious dream, or she died in her sleep and is reunited with Jack and everyone else who perished on the ship. I think she died. Anyone else?

  • @TheCharleyJay i prefer to think she died cause that gives one of those beautiful reunion feelings

  • @TheCharleyJay Jim Cameron set it up that way for interpretation. I personally think she died.

  • am i the only one who cries when watching this and the trailer for Titanic in 3D?

  • @xoangel12x read all the comments for this video. That should answer your question

  • @tdevil101 hahah that was a partially rhetorical question....but im glad i'm not the only one

  • I'm going to cry so hard at this in 3D, that I won't be able to breathe right for a couple minutes.

Only 44 days until this is released for us to see again, in a whole new, intense way. 44 days. <3

  • when was the year they made the movie?

  • MY CREYS

  • it is love that makes us human

  • In one of the pictures on the dresser, Rose is riding a horse "like a man" with the Roller Coaster behind her, just like Jack said they would do <3

  • 16 people like it 1 key lower

  • OMG I can't believe it will be re-released, I'm so happy! ><

  • You know which scene got way too less attention sadly?

When Rose got into the life boat and it get down to water...the father which stands on Jacks right side and looking down to his wife and two daughters.

I was 7 years old when i watched it first and cried. Now 15 years later, i still can't get over this scene. It takes me everytime...

  • @2FuriousFreak That scene used to always make me cry. The part where he is saying, that he'll only be away from them for a little while? Right before the music starts and she jumps back.. It made that scene much more emotional, to me anyway, because she did what nobody else could've, or would have, done to try and be with their lovers or their families and friends until the very last possible minute.

  • @StopForAMinuteNSmile Yes, that scene. But i am not talking about Jack and Rose. I am taking about the father which stands on the right side beside Jack, looking down to his family he got splitted up from. That always catches my attention because it is so emotionfull. Can't avoid it everytime i am watching...

  • Why does jack get to stand up there does he have like a special treatment or somthing I mean what the heck he did nothing!

  • @epiknuke123 jack was up there, cause of the note he gave rose in the movie, meet me at the clock and make it count, when she died, she met him at the clock, one last time, and made it count

  • @epiknuke123 he fking saved her life. if he didnt do anything, this movie wudnt have been made.. r u tht facking retarded?

  • This just tells me how when dreams come true we take it so lightly!

  • Bet ya that hell is when the boat is sinking forever and you never stop panicing

  • Yes, rose loved Jack, but do you really think she was going to spend 80+ years loving a dead guy? No. When Rose is talking to the people on the ship, she says "I didn't even mention Jack, until now, not even to your Grandfather, stating she moved on, but still loved Jack because it was her first love. Can't wait till I see this April 4 in 3D with the girl I like, hopefully she enjoys this as much as I did. Top 5 favorite movies

  • I don't get this scene. Did she die?

  • @Pokemonsonic100

It is what is called an "open ending" meaning that it can interpreted based on the individual viewer's opinion. some say she is dreaming while others say she has died and reunited with everyone that died on titanic, including jack (also using jacks words earlier that rose will die of old age warm in her bed as further proof). it really depends on your own views and if you think the afterlife fits well or not. i do.

  • @Pokemonsonic100 She died yes

  • nacicemo se jednom......

  • Nearly the whole movie, my dad says "there's no way they could have done that" about various things and my mom keeps playing a game on her iPad, determined not to watch the movie. Starting at "You jump, I jump" scene, I'm crying my eyes out. Am I the only one in my family who is strong enough to cry during this movie?!?!

  • Of course she married. Is she supposed to be alone for 84 years? Believe it or not but that isn't realistic. She did exactly what he told her to do and that's what made the character of Rose so strong. If you don't like the way the movie went then blame the writer.

  • This was the first scene they filmed; ironicly this was the last scene in the entire movie.

  • @AuratheDark: ironically*

  • This scene is full of symbols, look at the end, when Rose comes in - what the time is? - 2:20

  • *-,_-

  • Its so sad about what this all means :( How when she dies she is reunited with everyone else who died on the Titanic including Jack... -'.

  • "sup"

  • Grr Helga get your paws off my Fabrizio

  • So the guy she married got fucked over hahahahahaha

  • So she died right? or was she dreaming? This scene makes me tear up watching how they were all waiting for her smh so sad :-(

  • @BJulez0626 yeah she dies, old age i think. but still she was reunited with Jack the love of her life. its sad and sweet at the same time!

  • unbelievable that such a wonderful ship is sunk :/

  • The first time i saw Titanic i was thinking" i've been through the whole movie without crying, i cant believe it!" The i got to this scene at 1:21 " OH GODDAMNIT" and i cryed :(

  • I can watch the rest of the movie and not shed a tear, but this ending gets me every single time.

  • @wluchick me too smh :-(

  • the greatest love story ever

  • @cah1877 I thought that was the time the ship sank. Didn't the titanic hit the iceberg somewhere before twelve o clock?

  • There is no greater music than that for Titanic.

  • I always tear up just when jack turns around and smiles at rose

  • What's interesting about Titanic is that Rose was just a teen girl experiencing love for the first time and rebelling from her parents from what they expect from her. Love the film but definitely a "been-there, done-that" type of thing lol. I'm sure many girls would agree.

  • I actually never understood this last part of the movie.... Until I saw it yesterday again since i have cable) And then my mom said "Aww Look at all the people that died are finally united again as ghosts in the ship underwater The together again" This made me teary-eyed no lie. :'(

  • I tried to believe that no afterlife meant life still had meaning, but I just never came to understand that... Heaven is real.

  • I was a kid when I last saw this, I think... But just now, I cried at the scene in the afterlife... :') See, guys CAN cry.....

  • yaah love hurts

  • im So happy... this ending scene made me realise that there ar no videocassets anymore! Yeah! i can clik the mouse hunderd times and see this scene more then thousand times,,, yeahh Lets cry over and over again... evry minut and hour off the day i can see the ending scene!Yeah no more videocassets pressin stop rewind stop play forward... yeah!God thank you for this!

  • yeah ... i always skiped the whole film... back then there where video cassets.. and i had to press forward to come to the ending scene.. so i would and could cry... this crrying at the ending it always gave me a special feeling

  • did u guys notice the time on the clock @ 1:39? it says 2:20.... the time it hit the berg ;'(

  • @cah1877 It sank at 2:20 am on the fifteenth, it hit the berg at 11:40 pm on the fourteenth.

  • How could anyone dislike this video????? It's the happy ending!

  • i always cry only in this part movie, cuz i imagin died that people, and now they alive!!!No matter if that only in she's dream, prime they alive!!!

  • I can't help but wonder...is Molly there? Is she part of the crowd?

  • @crybabygirl08 fuck off who the hell is molly.. the one who has to die!!

  • @selinapattipeilohy23 Whoa....I guess you don't like her. :( Oh well.

  • @selinapattipeilohy23 Molly was that lady who lend Jack a tux for the First Class dinner. She was one of the cool people. :)

  • @crybabygirl08 you mean Molly Brown? She obviously isn't because she didn't die on the Titanic (:

  • @Weasleygirl01 :) Yep! Molly Brown. I figured since Rose didn't die on Titanic that she'd come to-or at least before Rose. Cal and Rose's mom wouldn't be here of course. It kinda would've been cool to see Molly here since she liked Rose and Jack being together. :) An idea. lol.

  • @crybabygirl08 yup you're right that's an idea :D

I always liked Molly in the movie, because she was one of the.. relaxed first class passengers :D And the fact that she really was on the Titanic makes this fact even cooler although we don't know of course what kind of person she really was x)

  • Make it count....meet me at the clock.

  • I think she most likely died, because remember Jack said, "you're going to die an old, old lady warm in your bed" and she did just that.

  • I think personally, that Jack was Rose's one true love. I'm not saying that she didn't love her husband, but I think that she never let go of Jack & she always wanted to be with him again. It doesn't make her a bad person, just human. Besides, who would we rather see her with in heaven, Jack or her husband?

  • they people are never forget
