check this @NBA, Im training to improve my vertical leap by following the workout program that's over at 50-inch-vertical(dot)com - and thus far gained over 11 ins so far although Im even now a bit off from being able to jump high enough to dunk the ball. It's barely my first day of my second week so far, any specific advices?
