Do you have to do anything special to get Brawl to work? Everything works for about 10 seconds into a brawl, and then Dolphin crashes. The game seems to run completely smoothly right until 10 seconds into the game. Other games work just fine. I've finished Melee and I'd really like to play Brawl. :(

This emulator is garbage. I read so many good reviews on it but there's no way for me to set my mouse as the pointer. It does work as the A and B buttons but THATS IT. Then i download mario galaxy 2 and i can't even get past 2 min into the intro cuz all mario can do is jump. he can't move or anything and the stupid stars just keep saying celebrate or w/e. this emulator pissed me off 1 too many times. fuck it IM DONE.

I need this game on my computer. I own the real disk, but Nintendo made the discs spin in the opposite direction so nobody can burn it without an expensive DVD burner/reader. If you could send me the rom to use with Dolphin, it would be a huge help.

it wont run good cause my pc is dual core 3ghz and a 8800gt and 4gb ram isnt good enought. there are lag spikes everywhere and sometimes slow i get around 30 to 40 fps and 20 - 30 fps on mario kart wii

U can get a lot better than 50 fps by running in debug mode, with unlimited cache. Then i think frameskip goes on 2

no thats just a wierd error that happened. the part shows the status of the wii remote connection. i had not updated my direct x :P

so no dolphin is not trying to connect to wii's over the internet, just connecting the wii remote.

dolphin was initially a gamecube emulator and moved into wii emulation as of last year i think. so yes it plays both. and your pc should be able to handle dolphin.

granted it crashes quite randomly. running ssbb in debug mode allows you to play through classic mode all the way through and the sse. i'm not that far into it though so im not sure how far i can go until it may crash. its working tho :)

to run it in debug mode, make a shortcut of dolphin and go to properties when right clicking it. where it says in the target name at the end "dolphin.exe". type (space) and -d, then run.

make sure you enable unlimited jit cache in cpu mode and have dual core off.

Open gl doesn't work you need to download the dx10 sdk from microsoft and then use the dx9 video plugin.

It plays fine on my rig(Intel i7, Radeon hd4850)
