@MegaJustGeorge I didn't see that at all. It is a well known fact that Hispanics and Blacks have lower IQs than Whites. To blame their failure on slavery and oppression is pretty ridiculous.

The only thing I saw in this video was a liberal schmuck who will defend the minorities at all costs and is prepared to defame anyone who thinks there is a strong genetic component to intelligence. Let me tell you, the Black and Hispanic kids I see at my school are not being oppressed and are still dumb!

There are smart and slow people in every race. Racism will always be and has been for years. Why do people say good things and fuck it up by saying some stupid shit like this. Color does not have anything to do with being smart. Education has everything to do with it. The more money you have the better education you get. They took out the pledge of the legion,moment of silence and discipline from school. They keep taking away and wonder why everybodies test scores are lower.

Stress is the greatest cause of health problems & low education scores. If people live afraid of the society in which they live, then their stress levels are high. So what causes high stress? Inequality - financial & social inequality.

He explained why the US test scores are falling - more and more minorities in our population. Blacks and latinos do poorly on standardized tests. Is it racist to talk about this?

@megagagnon1: it wouldn't be because schools in urban areas with slashed budgets can't give kids the attention they need, would it? Or that the parents of these kids who have to work 2 or 3 low paying jobs to survive and are not around to give their kids guidance, would have any affect?

@judyleasugar97 What urban area has a slashed budget? No matter what the budget, blacks and latinos do far worse. For your information, the biggest budgets per student are in inner cities. DC spends $28k LA spends $25k - they both  do horribly. on standardized tests.
