  • the only country that used the A bomb on civilians, spreading their bases of professional assassins around the globe, tens of millions don't have health insurance. biggest poluters in the world and one of their economic pilar is hollywood ( acting = pretending ).They also were,at the time, spending billions bombing a third world country to loose a war, racing the soviets to land a man on the moon, etc etc... Landing on the moon, why should I believe them?

  • NASA went to the moon for reasons we will never know , whatever they found there must have scared them enough not to go back . Its 2010 fuck sake and nobody has been back, something went on that had to be kept from secret public because the religious chokehold on humanity would have been lost . NASA ,CIA. FBI,WORLD GOVERMENT'S ,etc = LIES LIES LIES !!!!

  • @badboybronze1 Nothing scared them. It's called lack of public interest. If more US citizens had a reason to care about spaceflight, the more they'd write to their congressmen. The more congressmen that pull (vote) for spaceflight means more money for it. "No bucks, no Buck Rogers."

Public interest in spaceflight dropped considerably after Apollo 11. Apollo 13 was "just another mission" until the explosion. Please keep the conspiracy theories out of the comments section. Thank you.

  • I just have to ask for it is so annoying, USA Neil Armstrong went to the moon or not? I hear of so many theories that everything is a lie.

  • @Hammersch We went to the moon, regardless of what the hoax believers say. We went to the moon nine times. Russia *ABSOLUTELY* hated us at the time and would have LOVED to call our bluff, but you'll note we have yet to hear them deny even to this day that we beat them to the moon. There are 500,000 employees that worked for NASA during the moon landings. Why haven't any of them come forward now, given that many are starting to die off? There's not even a video on youtube from any of them.

  • @Cosmored . . . cosmo, have you ever considered that you don't even really exist, you are just a holographic projection.

  • @Cosmored Yes, they were faked. We faked it 9 times, in 12 gigantically huge rockets that just went up to space for a week without anyone ever seeing them...ever. Why would we fake it 9 times?

  • @spacevidcast

Cosmo is a spamming hoaxhead. He thinks he is smarter than scientists, engineers, geochemists, physicists, geologists, astronomers and astronauts from across the globe who, based on actual empirical evidence, state that the moonlandings are a fact. He's a delusional self-absorbed fool shouting "fake!" and basing his 'proof' on anonymous high-school dropouts who found everything they needed to conclude the Apollo program was a hoax from some distorted YouTube videos.

  • @NASAvsPETE

"the russians proved that you could not go to the moon"

Just like the Dutch soccer team proved that it's impossible to win a world championship.

  • We are looking at the first man to walk on the moon and that is something to behold...to live in a time when man has achieved that is awesome. To understand why it happened is often confusing to others. Going to the moon in some respects was no more difficult than building a bridge across a river. America built a bridge to the moon and that is how it happened. Neil Alden Armstrong just happened to be the Columbus of the new era...

  • A real Superman Neil Armstrong!

  • 14:33 see astronaut David Scott Apollo 15

  • Maggie has quite a set of tits

  • weak speech

  • @gpbennett Your shits weak lol

  • sibrel has a steaming pile of shit for a brain,he should be hanged for treason

  • I'll bet Bart Sibrel claims that Armstrong never made this speech. It was just a DisneyLand Animatronic.

  • @mhirtes12

Bart Sibrel is a dumb troublemaker. And a loser.

  • Why not ?....this is supposed to be a mark in history....he cant talk because theres nothing to talk about.

  • it's amazing how humble he is. He is obviously aware of why people respect him so much but he is able to keep such a cool head about it. I don't think I'd be able to be like that. He is so quick to dismiss comments that call him a hero, but in my opinion, that's really the best kind of hero. Someone that leads by example and doesn't really seek personal recognition for doing what he honestly feels is his duty.

  • ok..but when he is commended for his heroic duty he is far from humbled. His actions make him look as if hes ashamed of somthing...this is simply my opinion.

  • @boriloco029 Your opinion is stupid.

    No offense.

  • @boriloco029 Yea stupid opinion, your ability to recognize human emotion must be low.

  • Yes, but he has the right to be modest about his achievements as well - other commanders had difficult missions as well, and it was only due to crew rotation and luck that Armstrong was the first man on the moon. He wasn't destined from birth or anything, he just took the job as an astronaut and was just one in an entire program office. Conrad could have been the first to walk on the moon, or maybe even Lovell if 11 and 12 failed and the oxygen tanks held together. It was somewhat chance.

  • A refreshing perspective on the events leading to the Apollo Space Programme and the subsequent landing and walking on moon.

I wish I could have been at the Smithsonian Institute to hear the lectures to see and hear the Apollo 11 crew.

I am sure my decision to become an Engineer is as a result of the events of 1969: Landing on the Moon and the test flights of Concorde.

  • God bless you, Neil.

  • Yes, pauses too much, with a 1.5 mb dsl, this is an exception

  • c'on youtube, you piece of crap. quit pausing.

  • that woman at the start, with her nodding head up and down really annoyed me . I always thought it was pronounced gem-in-i, rather than gem-in-ee

  • You don't know how gemini is pronounced, how ignorant of you.

  • You know, so did Cariann and I, but whenever anyone from NASA pronounces it, even in the old reels it is E not I. Might be a northern thing.

  • This is really touching — kinda. He will always be the face of the greatest(or one of;) moment of human history; as the first human EVER to set their foot on a foreign(unsure about my use of word) celestial body,
