A good way to increase your skills fast is to get good at pickpocketing, then go and find a tutor somewhere (there's a list of locations on the skyrim wiki). You can pay them to level up your skiils, and then pickpocket the money back

@StealingBase Yer but you can only raise the skill 5 times per level. Also, I noticed you got into your account :)
