I finally understand why you "die" at the end of episode 1. If you read the introductory story found in the instruction manual of the original Doom, Demos vanishes from sight not long after Hell breaks loose. When you start episode 2, you're on Demos and you learn at the end that it floats over Hell. That means Demos and Hell are connected, and you could only reach Demos by dying. So, by all accounts, you're "dead" in episodes 2 and 3.

What happens is Doomguy dies. He is then sent to hell where the second level takes off. Even if everyone in the room is killed you still take damage becasue this is a death Exit. Rare but used to strip u off all your weapons and go on to the next level.

its the doom 1 wad being played in risen3d download risen3d it can be found on google with the search Risen3D i think its the first one and how to get the doom 1 wad get doom 1 and then set the iwad for the runner on risen3d to doom1.wad (which can be found in the doom 1 folder) then x out of the runner then open the runner and then click on the doom 1 folder it made for it in the list and then click on in the 2nd box doom1.wad then at the bottem press play then you got the game.

I was able to kill all of the monsters in the teleporter once. I was using doomsday and had jumping ability. I just rapidly jumped and used my fists. I killed everytrhing with around 50 health, searched around for like 5 seconds and found no tlelporter :(

i did it once with the no clipping cheat (IDSPISPOPD) and the god mode (IDDQD) and thye all weapons cheat (IDKFA) and I used the BFG 9000 and it took me several tries of leaving that room reentering the god cheat and weapons cheat and going back in and killing more and i did that untill all the enemies were dead and then i went back in there and i still got hurt, that room was designed to kill u. i should try to get a video but i dont have a way to record off the puter other than with a camera

use the no clipping cheat (IDSPISPOPD) type this and then dont go in the teleporter b/c it wont work just walk off the platform with the teleporter and walk straight into the wall in front of the teleporter and youll find the room type in IDBEHOLD and then L for lightinguse the BFG 9000 and then get out b4 your health runs out then type in your weapons and god cheat and head back in and keep killing till theres no more enemies but you will still get hurt like ur standing on lava or toxic waste

IDDQD doesn't work, but the temporary invulnerability cheat (IDBEHOLDV) still works. Just activate it, kill all the monsters, then clip out.

I was a Doom map editor, I know what it does. The map is like lava, lowering your health 10/20% depending on whether you're wearing armor and the level instantly ends when health is <10%, god mode is also blocked out but the temporary invulnerability powerup cheat still works.

Okay.

Now you got doomsdat, and you can play jDoom with it, you should do the next:

go to doomsdayaddons.eduke32 ( . ); com and download all the available addons for jDoom.

Then simply put the downloaded files into the the Snowberry folder, without extracting them. (thats in the map where you installed doomsday)

Then start doomsday, select jDoom, go to addons, select all the addons you want to have and voila :)
