You're referring to Sneasel, who is found in the tall grass outside Mt. Silver at nighttime. You pretty much have to wait until the end of the game to get it unless you trade for it.

@Amyrose5000 you should be able to get blizzard from the department store and teach it to one of your existing pokemon. Also, Clair should have given you dragon pulse. If that doesn't suit you, gyarados or feraligatr should learn ice fang. There is also the Avalanche TM =) happy hunting.

Lol why does everyone have the Japanese version? It took me 10 seconds to find the English Soul Silver for Desmume. Anyways Dragonite straight jews me every time. This match is highly rigged. Out of my past 10 SS Elite Four runs his dragonite's have NOT ONE SINGLE TIME missed moves like Blizzard, Thunder, Fire Blast or any of those low accuracy moves....pisses me off because 99% of my Blizzard attacks miss same with Fire Blast

@AzNnInJaBoY98 in the game after you beat whitney in goldenrod ( or later in game if you want) go through route 35 and in the gate that leads to the park. to the left inside the gate they added that pokeathalon. use your pokemon to compete and win points. rack up 2500 points and get the waterstone on either mon., tues., or fri. to get the stone. that or looking for the old fashioned way with the itemfinder or by chance. hope this helps.

If your struggling:

Get a Lanturn LV 45

Teach it Charge Beam(Sp.Atk Boost), Surf, Ice Beam, and whatever else you want.

T-Bolt gyrados, ice beam dragonite, surf, Charge Beam, or ice beam Charizard(Don't use I-beam on this) and Areodactyl. (On Clair, T-Bolt gyrados, ice beam dragonair, and use charge beam on Kingdra(Sp.Atk boost will help)

2. Also train a Ampharos to level 47+ with Discharge

3. First you use discharge on his Gyarados

4. You use dragon dance then ice fang on all of his Dragonite then use Waterfall on his Charizard and Aerodactyl

Listen everyone. Heres the solution to beating Lance: First get a Lugia thats Lvl 50+. If its not train it around victory road area or trainers. Then teach it Blizzard. Then make it hold " NeverMeltIce " it boosts ice attacks. Then when Lance gets his Dragonites out just spam Blizzard. One hit KO.
