get their loyalty to 0

if they have two cities than you can take one of them by getting the loyalty down to zero. but if its there only city or you dont have the right rank you cant take it.

No it won't be combined. The attacks will still occur seperately, but when dealing with a lvl 10 NPC the benefit of close attacks will be that there will be less likely hood of units respawning between your attacks, and thus fewer losses.

What will happened if you attack the same guy at the same time? Will our attacked me combined?
