  • how much are those things? i have seen on tv they´re expensive but never said how much...

    i´ve seen shells...

  • THey can go for over $100.00per pound I hear, but are under strict regulations and cannot be sold commercially if recreationally harvested. So the answer to your question is: $300.00 Good Wetsuit, $200.00 good mask fins and snorkel, $50.00 weightbelt and ab iron, $100 gas food and lodging (1 night camping), $37.50 fishing license and ab card

= $229.16 per ab for your first three. Which is all you can have in possession at any time anywhere. Cost goes down from there. Variables are fuel/camp

  • Great video gives you the baisc idea how to clean and prep an Ab. What was the faty ? it looked like a nine. And where were you diving ? sonoma coast or mendoincineo.

  • It was just under 9" actually, but nice meat. Certainly not the biggest I've pulled, grabbed them at the end of a couple hours scouting for lings. They came out of Caspar North side. Pretty good abs for that area.

  • Hay thanks for getting back to me. Once again great job. I have heard that area is great spot for nice abs. I have yet to go there my self yet but plan onit soon. Take care and be safe.
