  • pls dont blaim the shoes 3.18

  • how long did it take to build that thing its massive!!

  • scotland FTW

  • That hurt.

  • when you wiped out it just brought back so many memories of that crap feeling of just before you slap onto the ground :/

  • no, i'm 33... also started it, just expensive!

  • thats down

  • @andyman1005 Ah, thanks for the reply. I am a really keen biker so I'll give it a shot on a hired bike, because looking at that video again just gave me some chills :D Thanks for your help

  • Is it too danderous and completely stupid to ride down that black route on a hardtail? I have a GT Avalanche 2.0 but I might me upgrading the forks before I go...so I was just wondering to just stick to the red route on Nevis or try this...

  • @MortifiedPenguin100 as long as you upgrade your bike with reasonable donwhill parts, there is no reason you cannot take a hardtail here. It will be rough but you should still get down in one piece. There are downhill hardtail competitions around so people have done things like this before on a hardtail.

  • @eh82007 my friends father starteted ride downhill with an age of 41

now he is 45 and hes still having fun

  • my friends father strateted ride downhill with an age of 41 and he like it and have fun

now he is 45 and he's still having fun

  • My god, super fast and smooth riding

  • man that was a nice track!!!! need to go up to scotland!!!! is close to the train station!?!?!? any hotels closde by!!!???

  • Close enough to the train station, there are plenty of hotels. Youth hostels are a cheaper option though and are bike friendly. The red run is also worth a visit and or a watch on here at least!

  • if this was a video of me going down it would be:

    a) 16 mins not 8mins

    b) deafening as all you would hear would be aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh

    c)crap viewing....

  • im old too....im 16 but i stiil riding...

  • im 15 and still riding

  • I've just taken this sport up at the age of 35. Am i to old to aspire to this kind of riding ???????

  • not necessarily. u could go into cross country. but there isnt any age limit, i saw guys about 40 riding a dh near me, i suppose it depends on how much skill you have. but i would say go for it and have fun

  • my dad started and hes doing good hes 40

  • no man its all in the mind. just build the strength and endurance. and have your bike set up really good. and wear gear.

  • not at all, Steve Peat is in his mid to late 30's and he is one of the best in the world.

  • @eh82007 nope my uncle is 53 and is still doing freeride with me

  • @eh82007

No way mate. Get a good bike and just get out there. Just don't break a hip!

  • @eh82007 being strong enough to handle everythings, to handle the heart pumping of that sport, you ain't too old! you just need to be healthy enoguh to hold on to this sport, so there shouldn't be any problems for you my friend!

  • @eh82007 your never to old

  • @eh82007 hell no you'll never be to old, i've just started aswell and i was 19 yesterday ;)

  • I've just broken my first collar bone at the age of 37. I'm not too old and niether are you.

    RIDE HARD!

  • @eh82007 never

  • @eh82007 your never too old mate as long as your healthy enough

  • @eh82007 Nope, have fun :D

  • @eh82007 not at all

  • @eh82007 not at all

its a perfect sport for older guys: you dont have to pedal much since ur going down

  • @eh82007 no way mate, aslong as you are fit and healthy, obviously you wont be great but that doesnt mean you arent gonna be good, i know people that have been biking for like 3 years that go do fort bill black all the time, just train and get all the gear, start off with some smaller dh tracks first though

  • @eh82007 No you should be fine, most riders start at a young age, then stop then go back to it, but at the age of 35 you should be fine if you have no health problems :) am 16 now and I started this when I was 13 -14 :) hope you have fun thogh

  • @eh82007 as the man himself steve peat once sead "your only as old as you feel"

  • @eh82007 yo man age dosent matter not a bit if you love the sport just do it

he who does whatever bicomes whoever

  • Great riding dude, wish i had a mountain near me i could practice on :(

  • It looked like he ws quad tying his laces

  • awesome ride

  • actually its an m6 and yea it is a nice bike though... man yu where doing great keep ripping

  • u fell of on kind of the same bit i fell of but no on the same track :D nice bike m8 :D

  • bump-mania lol :D

  • Whats up with the whistles? Is that to alert poeple around the corner?

  • its to report that the rider has past one check point safe that he hasn't crashed and they usually report that to the next track marshal and so on and also to alert people that a rider is coming down.

  • u have the best bike eva

  • Great riding m8 respect.

  • Fort William is a really badass track. Especally the jumps in the end are so amazing, you get so a long airtime

  • Awsome trail, but you took a while to get back on your bike after the fall?

Haha, funny when the tape came up and get caught.

  • When you crash even when it's an easy fall and you dont hur yourself your heartbeat increases very fast and then you have to come down for a minute and so you can waste you time like closing your shoes again :D

  • maybe it hurt?

  • You are amazing, your a pro i take it :D

  • lol u ate right before the track got good

  • you own :) hope the crash wasnt anything bad :b

  • i rode this track for the first time a few months ago, AMAZING!!

  • good riding

  • that bike looks frickin awesome

  • the quality of your camera is really good!

  • lol it'd take like a week to ride back up

  • It would but there's a gondola. I was up there on Sunday for the world champs it was really good. I might give the red route a try when they finish it.

  • whaaaaaa this is .....trip o.k!?!?!?

  • graet vid, pitty about that crash

  • Nice riding, where you in a race? beacause you didnt seem very urgent to get back on your bike.
