She gets out of the car and I ask her what the problem is, she tells me that she pulled me over because I took the turn at the green light too fast. Mind you, I came almost to a complete stop before turning. This woman fu-turned to pull me over for whatever she could think of, too bad for her that she had nothing on me.
that's partly the reason i started doing this. i had a sheriff pull me over told me i was doing 65 in a 40 then on the ticket said i was doing 55 54 53 then gave me a ticket for 45 in a 40. it was the first time i had gotten a speeding ticket and no one else was even around me to show my side of the story. then on top of it after writing a letter to the court i got a 30$ (125$ total) more expensive ticket but no points all for only doing 5 over.
You're lucky actually. If you were going 65 in a 40 thats reckless endangerment. He actually did you a favor by giving you a ticket of only 5 over instead of 25.. thats about a 250-500 dollar difference depending on where you live.
