i've just discovered something, when you are looking the 3d video, put your two handsin front of you to mask the videos on each side of the 3d video, and you'll get only the 3d video without the 2 others one...don't know if what i just say is english XD
i have mastered the talent to be able to see pictures in 3d now in a couple of seconds, and it looks stunning... But i have difficulities watching 3d videos, and the text is always blurry :/
On my 23" monitor, I sit about 3' away, and hold both hands about 8" from my eyes, and apart about 6" so each eye picks up the correct side of the stereoscopic, but not the incorrect side. Then I see just one 3D image - centered on the monitor. It mimics the old-time stereoscopic viewers my folks had!
10 minutes with your eyes crossed? i dont know but im afraid because when my eyes make focus and i see the 3d with perfect quality, its so hard to go back to the normal position xD XD what if they freeze that position! 3d videos forever, no more real life :P
I had no problems whatsoever with the fade outs, and I managed to stay in focus the whole movie. It just takes a little bit of concentration. I will admit, however, the part where all the planets were moving around quickly almost made me lose my focus.
I have an idea: put this in your labels, and people can choose what kind of 3d they want to watch: yt3d:enable=true
They can choose between red/blue glasses, red/green glasses, yellow/cyan glasses, row interleave, column interleave, parralel, cross-eyed (like here) or even one of the both images! (left or right)
And if you put this in the labels: yt3d:aspect=16:9 or yt3d:aspect=14:9 or yt3d:aspect=4:3 then it will zoom in so you got the same height and width you want. You need yt3d:aspect=16:9
@albiinokobra I agree but running is a natural activity... We not often make a squint what's more: discrepant... but it is only my stupid inquisitiveness, hehe ;P... and sorry for my english. (maybe I did mistakes)
@minhhale 1-after you have quite a long experience you'll easily cross your eyes
2-these pauses are actually good: i mean if you keep contracting your eyes for a long time they will hurt you and will give you a headache trust me!
3-..... get a pair of 3d (blue and cyan) glasses you dumb ass, crossing your eye a lot can lead to internal injuries concerning range of sight and texture anisotropic filtering (AAA)
This works very well, but when the screen goes black between scenes my eyes lose their lock and I have to start over. Keeping a little something onscreen, even a dot, would fix this.
it might help when you cover the right half of the screen with your right hand for your right eye while having left eye closed and have left hand cover the left side with your right eye closed. This way you can eliminate the anoying 3 screens and just focus on one (best works with fullscreen)
It isn't necessary to have 2 videos takes slightly apart.
You can achieve it with the exact same video or picture side by side.
What 2 cameras at a slightly different angle gives is "more" depth perception. You can test this out by having 2 exactly same picture/video and put them side by side.
There are two ways to look at these pictures, stare 'through' the pictures to bring them together (left to the left eye/Right to the right eye) as you do with those 'magic eye' pictures.
Or, go cross eyed (left to right, right to left).
These videos need the cross eyed method. When I do that, works just great!

Imagine: 2 cameras = 2 eyes, you have 2 eyes to see in 3D, with only 1 eye you can only see in 2D
