Do you have a pet supply in your area. If you do, chances are there is money and political influence telling the police not enforce any noise laws IF IT IS ABOUT DOGS BARKING. Anything else, and the police will act. The police will shoot you for making noise if they feel like it. But, they won't go against a big pet food corporation.

If you search the web for answers, you'll get pet supply ads about how YOU can BUY a device that MIGHT stop the dog from barking. Is this cynical, or what?

What you hear at 1:51 are the sister in laws dogs being let out. She has 7 dogs ,6 of her own and a stray she took in. They live next door to one another.. She is also on the board of the HOA in our tract. She has managed to keep her dogs in check for the time being,But not her sister in law which is the dog with the sweater.Comments are welcome good or bad on how you would feel if you lived next to these people.
