Answering a question with a question, interesting. Well, yes, I do believe that creating information that increases awareness of any sport, ie. especially rugby in a country where most people would rather watch hockey, does in fact make the rugby community better.
More sports organizations should produce promotional videos like this! In fact, they should produce them and release them under a Creative Commons Share-alike license so that other similar organizations can produce and distribute their own modified versions. Good job!

In every sport, there is always the challenge of attracting and keeping enough talented officials for every game that exists.
So, how can a sport group improve their officials recruitment? We are always open to constructive criticism, useful suggestions, and creative ideas.
