Firebat Hero used to perform victory dances on stage and on platform, but the Korean tournament authorities ruled it as unsportsmanlike behavior and now have active ruling against doing things like that.

It's somewhat a shame because FBH's dances were silly and fun to watch, but I do agree that it is a bit unsportsmanlike. Personally, I would hate to lose against someone and have them dance around; it would feel more like the crowd was celebrating my loss, rather than his win.

they are allowed to make a little celebration, kinda 1 move or so, but not a whole dance, like fbh used to do. so ceremonies are still allowed, but in a way smaller proportion.

Zergs do this for one of two reasons:

1. To help funnel attacking troops or block vulture run bys

2. Or because terran is going to scan your main anyways at somepoint to see your spire time.
