@already8use i agree. it's not being mean at all! people notice when in a couple there is one person who is significantly different in looks than the other. like in this case. that's just society's order. it's even odd on a biological level. we desire attractive people because attractive people have high probability of carrying good genes.

@already8use also i read an interview of his girlfriend, and it seems like SHE is the superficial one. it's all about how he first approached her, and she thought he was good-looking. than how she saw him again after he got all buff for "immortals" film, and she thought he was even better looking. so she decided to date him. when he proposed she said she was shocked. i think she's too enchanted with his looks to see the real henry, and can't believe he's interested in her.

@already8use because she seems him mainly as a pretty face and feels inadequate next to him, i dont think it'll last. the more we have in common with someone, the more likely it will last. for example people from similar cultures, religions, or social circles are more likely to connect and feel equal to each other. looks are just the same..she'll always feel inadequate.
