@dylankickyoazz It's a phaser/flanger on the bass, the reason you think it could be a synth is it's so uncommon to hear someone use effects so well on a bass like Victor does. If you wanna replecate it, it's a bit of reverb and delay, mixed with the phaser or flanger. Hope that helps!

You can also play it tuned to E A G F, so the song is just in a different key. That way most people don't have to change their nut and strings to play it
