Mate you have fantastic technique, you should be very proud of what you've accomplished in such a short time. You have a great deal of natural talent. The only thing I can think to suggest is actually regarding your cymbal set up. You'll get more resonance from them and a longer decay if you either loosen the nut holding them on a bit so they can swing a little more freely or perhaps use a stanley knife or similar to thin the felts for the same effect.
