To everyone commenting on the purples...It's a CLASS for crying out loud. There's so much judgment, but the point is that they're having a good time and trying their best. Some people develop herniated discs as a result of that posture- it can turn into a serious issue that requires surgery. Believe it or not, but dance is a sport and people get injured when little things like that aren't corrected. I'm a fan of Poreotics, that's why I'm offering to help him for free. If your a fan, you should also want to help him prevent any injuries.

I go to hip hop classes like the one filmed in this video. The hip hop instructor had a sprained LCL due to muscular imbalances and still taught the class. I didn't know he was in pain until he approached me asking for advice since my friend told him that I was a Kinesiologist.

Yeahh, I just learned this routine off of YouTube! For anyone else learning this routine off of YouTube, the first two leg crosses are supposed to be the same. In the beginning at 0:16, Chad crosses with the same leg and Charles switches legs. The group video shows the same leg, so I'm assuming the same leg is the right way?
