  • good game. nice job select

  • select is amazing

  • i like how husky says clap clap clap towards select but not mvp

  • @PandaJ244 yea he spent 5 secs on select but than spent 30 seconds explaining mvp how he won gsls and broodwar pro. so stfu hoe

  • 08:00 why not drop after the atempt to attack the bunker

  • In space distance and time is very connected :) So light year away is nice expresion :)

  • "make yourself valuable" I did that preach during my talk with my hoes yesterday. Thanks

  • TvT is a great tragedy, why must we kill each other

  • aaaahhhhhhhhh!!!! mind BLOWN!

  • smosh has youtube adds now 0.o. well who cares i dont mind watching those

  • it shouldn't even be called e-sports... it should just be like competitive gaming or e-hobbies

  • Wow, an actually interesting TvT! Nice game.

  • I'm at a stallcraft right now. I'm watching Starcraft in a bathroom stall at college. I wanted to continue watching this game without leaving my laptop out in the open. Spread this! Before you know it, everyone will be holding stallcrafts.

  • @TheCrustyPrawn I stallcraft at home all the time! stallcrafting right now!!

  • Holy shit, that game was nuts!

  • go go Select

  • A light year is the same amount of time as a regular year.

  • Husky are u intending to do career talks in unis and colleges?

  • THA FUCK WAS THIS AMAZING GAME

  • GOOD GAME!!!!

  • @andrewmjanssen

I think you may want to recheck your information, bud. The Office is very nearly the most-watched show on television. It's been syndicated by three different networks as well, in addition to NBC.

  • To my knowledge Big Bang Theory has way more viewers than The Office, thus it's a bigger deal that it's on BBT than TO.

  • SPOILER! Zerg wins!!!

  • 9:15 all-out attack! Soooo frickin cool!

  • Some sickeningly good micro from Select in this game.

  • where's the score?=|

  • Aggressive games are so freaking exciting to watch. Good cast Husky

  • awesome comeback of select!!!!!!!!

  • So well played!

Great comeback! I wouldn't be able to think of the strategies he had done, even when he deployed it!

  • lightyears = distance light travels in one year.. so is a measure of distance xD

  • A lightyear is a measurement of distance. That's a fact.

  • It's like the third time I'm watching this game, third different commentary/analysis :D

  • 12:58....that's just sad...poor mariners.

  • Thumbs up if Husky made you want to buy starcraft

  • @Teamfulmetal First of all STOP WITH THE THUMBS UP! WHY DO PEOPLE LIKE YOU WANT ATTENTION THAT BAD!?!? But on a better note, he made me buy starcraft :D.

  • @Thebipolarmonk lol gg no re

  • Hahaha. It doesn't make sense to me to describe someone's advantage in TIME because they both have been playing the current game for the same amount of time, so distance (i.e. light-years) just makes more sense

  • i love TvT

  • Such an agressive play is so beautiful to watch.

  • Lol,Ragequitter!

  • select s micro is just sick...

  • Instead of light-years, say "gigayears", a common term in astronomy / cosmology, explained in this video: youtube dot com / watch?v=1_0cw6OrBeY

    Problem solved.

  • @danfg light years makes more sense. You're usually ahead in units of distance, not time. Although if you have the relative velocity between the two, it renders my point moot.

  • @Briandotcom0 except when racing where it is always measured in time

  • @Briandotcom0 moot or mute?

  • @pielava12 fucking dumb or fucking dumb?

  • @uberhaggis r u mad?

  • @pielava12 Moot.

  • @nmackey405 thank you

  • Can you pleeeease stop the repeated "how can I help Esports?"-talk. Duuude we heard it, stop it already!

I believe many of your subs aren't hardcore gamer nerds, I think many of us really don't care about Esports, I just enjoy your casts! please!

  • The Korean guy won! O wait...

  • Koreans are the foreigners.

  • brilliant play by Select

  • SELECT, LIKE A BOSS!

  • wow Select is a beast

  • very entertaining and intense game!! awesome

  • 13:52

    fuckthissss!!!

  • jeeezuz that was intense.

  • husky seems to promote e sports a lot... who the fuck gives a shit?

    I'm here for starcraft.

  • @Spartan0339 because u know without esports there would be no starcraft tournaments basicly right ? just like 1 at blizzcon

  • @josephcreed13 and you think that would stop people from playing the game? are are you playing for money and fame? it's just a game... designed to keep you distracted just like wow and diablo while they promote their messages at a subconcious level. the B in blizzard stands for 13...contemplate on that my friend.

  • @Spartan0339 i know that but a big portion of sc2 community liek all the pros and casters make their life off this without esports husky probly wouldent be able to be where he is and alot of other stuff

  • @josephcreed13 uhhhmmm if it wasn't for e-sports none of this would exist. No SC2 tournaments, no caster celebrities... nothing...

  • @bliss0512 yeah i told him that but sc2 would still be there and there would be players but there wotn be any tournys or anything im trying to tell him this but idk ...

  • SELECT! Gaming it up on MVP!

Time for some word over-usage!!! EPIC, EPIC, EPIC!

<3'd the double prong, loved the stim timing abuse to barely hold!

  • 9:17 LEEEERROOOOYYYY JEENNNKIIINSSSS

  • I am drunker

  • I am drunk <3

  • e-sports will never reach the status of established sports like hockey or basketball

  • @R3FLEXs

well not if everyone thinks like this :p

  • @R3FLEXs well it's already like the biggest sport in korea. for example in 2006, 120000 people came to see

    a tournament at a stadium.

  • @R3FLEXs but it can reach a high point nonetheless!

  • i think it's hilarious the top comments are almost always reflective of the viewpoint of someone who doesn't even play the game. actually i find it depressing, it's a great game you're missing out on playing, likely because you're too busy watching it instead.

  • spoiler alert!

    terran will win >.<

  • @Raing101 holy shit thats baad

  • @Raing101 OK Harry from Dumb and Dumber..lol

  • Try "Parsecs" next time.

  • the trailer for Safe House looks amazing.

  • no idea why mvp backed off from his first push... his tanks would have outranged the rines in the bunker even w/o siege

  • Someone doing something that anyone else can do... like, casting Starcraft? :D

  • 9:20 epic marine micro :)

  • Office is a show from UK ... created by Ricky Gervais.

Who owned 2011 golden globe =)

  • 3 league wins will get you a Gold Mouse Award I think. Even the Emperor only has two. :D

  • how 'long' it takes light to travel in a year :D Oh Husky you are the best!

  • Comment removed

  • guys.. mr panophobia was being sarcastic. why you all wanna look stupid? :)

  • Comment removed

  • @WeaselWJ assuming he wasn't sarcastic, why would that be right? you also say "miles ahead" - even "far ahead" is referring to distance, not time. it's called metaphors, they work like that :\

  • @mrtherealfakevox i was quoting husky 11:53

  • If one is "light years ahead", you could interpret that as a civilization which has "warp speed" or something silly like that, and by Husky saying Select is lightyears ahead, he means Select is so far ahead of MVP in technology and and progress, it's like comparing planet earth to some Alien civilization, light years ahead of us in time. just trying to back up Husky.... lol

  • Wasn't this on the Day9 Daily?

  • you wont make it big as a banker unless youre of blood linage of 1 of the 13 families of the Illuminati

  • so did you really steal dodger's gg button?

  • Well... light year maybe used for distance but its still a year ! :D

  • Nice to know the Americans are making their own versions of British TV series again. -.-

  • @red244

Nice to know the British are making their own version of American TV again as well. If you knew anything about TV you wouldn't say such a fatuous thing. The Americans and British both give and take. Learn2 Think. You sound like a butt hurt child ^_^

  • @HumaneAnon Their are well over 40 TV shows made in UK that have been aired in the US region.

UK has aired 40 US based shows.

So yes they share, but majority is favouring my comment.

  • E sports. please let this become mainstream...

  • What a fail with the light year thing... =P

  • @LoginusPL Yes, because it matters so much -__-

  • I like how everyone is being critical of MrPanophobia's comment when in fact it's Huskies comment. You all got trolled

  • Husky, why wouldn't you say light years ahead. Everyone says miles ahead and that's not a measurement of time. Nobody says "He's hours ahead" -.-

  • @ZackCosplayer ur not gonna get highest rated comment for copying the highest rated comment

  • @guyonwabbit I thought of this when watching the game (always watch them on Husky's channel where you can't see the comments, also prevents spoilers)

  • your mic sucks

  • Comment removed

  • What is a lightyear? A measurement of time? TROLOLOLO

  • It hurts my head watching the commentaries about ight years >.< . It is the distance light travels in a year.

  • 'Lightyears ahead' is just as valid as 'Miles ahead', both measure distance.

  • I would like to let Husky know, that yeah, I AM EATING POPCORN WHILE WATCHING THIS! I can't believe it either.

  • 13:07 scared mule farts when husky says.

  • Comment removed

  • 07:44 NEXT LEVEL TANK DRIFTING :D

  • "ET cetera" not "ECK cetera"

    Sincerely,

    A fan

  • i watch starcraft everyday!!!!! im supporting E sports!

    i wish i had more life :(

  • sooo... has anyone looked into light years being a measure of distance?

  • @mushrambo5 Of course it is. What else would it be?

  • @mushrambo5 Looked into it? Light years are a measure of distance ._. It's around 10 trillion kilometers.

  • @Wilson1592 was a joke

  • holy shit terran is so fucking boring. TvT is just trying to get the other person to move towards you.

  • @drewblair35 even more fucking boring when every single time they go marine+tank and at this point no one even cares which marine belongs to who.

  • @drewblair35 It is literally like watching two turtles trying to fight.

  • @drewblair35 This game wasnt that boring despite me also being a TvT hater

  • even though im a terran player, there is no worse match to watch than TvT

  • Husky, why do you say light years ahead. its not a measurement of time

  • @MrPanophobia Usually the expression is "miles ahead", still a unit of distance. No one says whoa that guy is "minutes ahead". Makes sense to me. Don't try to be smart, it doesn't suit you.

  • @MrPanophobia you could say someone is "miles ahead in economy". it doesn't necessarily have to be measured in time.

  • @joji64theninja husky told me to say it :P

  • @MrPanophobia because if you imagine the overall progress as a line, light years can indicate the distance between the points of progress on that line that the players are at. dunno. just guessing.

  • @ndread85 husky foretold that my comment was coming :)

  • @MrPanophobia yeah, but its a measurement of distance. Means one player is much farther ahead in the race of getting stuff out. So technically i think it makes sense.

  • @MrPanophobia oh what the he just said what i said

  • Comment removed

  • @MrPanophobia yeap, its a measure of distance, like miles, hence, light years ahead..........

  • @meewyleong go to 11:53

  • @MrPanophobia

If you are well ahead of somebody in a running race, then "miles" ahead is correct. (distance)

In Starcraft when someone is well in the lead, Husky uses "light years" ahead. (distance)

It is not a measurement of time, but it is correct.

  • @MrPanophobia

No one ever said the difference of progress between people has to be measured in time though, distance works just as well. Not to mention he states all of that just 2 seconds after saying it :p

  • @MrPanophobia

And yes I know you qouted him but trust me, people will come here and think you were 100% serious, might as well save that reply spot from the real trolls x)

  • @MrPanophobia you can be a distance ahead....

  • Comment removed

  • @Husqvarnah01 never, but it should be years ahead, not light years ahead, i dont think you fully understand the comment

  • @MrPanophobia light years ahead is like miles ahead - both are correct to use when talking about starcraft

  • @MrPanophobia

it doesnt matter, as it's the context in which it is used

does it make sense to say that "he is 40 minutes ahead"?

  • @MrPanophobia Exactly it's a distance showing how far ahead he is.

  • @MrPanophobia It's like the biggest measurement we know of, so he uses it to exaggerate how far ahead someone is infront of the other. Does him saying that really bug all of you that much?! who cares?

  • @t8ertube take a joke

  • @t8ertube i tihnk that was sarcasm bro

  • @t8ertube obviously he made that comment as a joke to husky saying that someone would put those exact words in a comment... you good sir, are a failure.

  • @t8ertube actually the biggest measurement use is the parsec

  • @t8ertube: ...I hate to nitpick, and I'm not trying to be a douche... but I believe there's something called 'parsecs' that are used to measure the width of galaxies. =P

  • @Me14986 ya lol that's why i said "like". I knew I should have said ONE of the biggest measurements we know of. ;)

  • @t8ertube: Haha, definitely should have. XP

  • @t8ertube Actually there's a unit called parsec that's even longer, about 3 light years. I am telling you this because as a fellow nerd I believe it is important.

  • @t8ertube the speed of thought is faster ;)

  • Comment removed

  • @t8ertube parsec > light year.

  • @gcndavidmn Finally someone smart on youtube

  • @t8ertube Also, one player cannot be ahead in time. That's ridiculous, unless you propose that he can travel in time. Since "lightyears" is a measure of distance, which is how you actually get ahead and how you win in a race for example, then this is a completely correct use of the word.

  • @t8ertube 1Gpc (gigaparsec) = 3.262 billion light-years

  • Comment removed

  • @MrPanophobia A light year is the amount of distance that light travels in one year.... so technically it is an amount of time(being exactly one year), however, it is a distance in the sense that it is used to determine how far light travels in one Earth year.

But really.... does it bother you that much?

  • @runla2 go to 11:53 he foretold me quoting him

  • @MrPanophobia It's a measurement of distance... You've never heard of someone being ahead in distance? Does "miles ahead" sound strange to you too?

  • @MrPanophobia

Why do people say someone is 'miles ahead' then? Lol.

  • @MrPanophobia Yeah, but it still means "very far ahead".
